Construct a Visual Basic software that will use an API-code to connect to a website.

You will make a software that will load an excelfile with contact information about different companies into the software that you will construct. The software will check the phone numbers in this excel file to check what phone operator the phone number belongs to. To be able to do so you will have to connect to the swedish phone operators autorities website. The API-code for doing this is provided by the authorities. The software will send the phone number through the API-code to check the number against the authorites database, and will check if the database returns the name of a pscific phone operator - the name of the phone operator that we are looking for. When the software finds a phone number that belongs to the phone operator then this number will be saved in another excelfile. Please se detailed instructions in the attached excelfile.
