Marketing Manager who can plan and execute the best strategy for a startup company

I have a startup company ([login to view URL]) which would benefit from a holistic marketing strategy. I'm looking to find someone I can work with long term and who can plan, execute and evaluate a marketing strategy which will evolve with the company. This person would ideally have a range of skills in the online marketing field and be able to work on their own initiative and prioritise their work for maximum impact. Initially this would be for a few hours a month while you become familiar with the setup and while we discover if we work well together, with a view to increasing hours and budgets in line with results. Ideally their range of skills and experience would include: - Product positioning (value offering and general brand message could be improved) - Copywriting (all website content, on boarding emails, blog, ads (excellent English skills)) - Design (not necessarily a designer but able to identify problems and suggest improvements to the website) - On site SEO (directly altering a PHP website or requesting changes through me) - Link building (we're working with a service for this but I'm not convinced by the results) - Content marketing (there is a blog and I've recently started a youtube channel) - Social media management (we use facebook and twitter but not consistently) - Facebook & Google ads (we've used these but not with much success) - Forums (we're active in at least one industry forum but aren't leveraging it very well) Bonus points: - User Experience (for example, evaluate to user on-boarding flow and suggest improvements) - Able to work flexibly and adapt to unconventional workflow (e.g. the blog is updated via git using yaml/markdown)
