Program Calendar and dashboard

We are currently seeking assistance with optimizing our program management system. We possess a comprehensive spreadsheet that catalogs various programs, complete with essential details such as start and end dates, the faculty involved, program managers overseeing operations, and the delivery method (whether in person or virtual). Our objective is to transform this information into a visually appealing and user-friendly calendar format while incorporating advanced filtering capabilities using Airtable. In addition to the calendar functionality, we aim to develop an insightful dashboard. This dashboard should provide valuable insights, not limited to, but including the number of programs per month, number of customized clients, and a breakdown of programs assigned to individual faculty members and program managers overall and by month. By visualizing this data, we aim to gain a holistic understanding of our programs, faculty workload, and client engagement.
