Ranking System

We are looking for a developer to develop an independent ranking system for celebrities. This means you will need to determine who is the most famous among known celebs and to rank celebs accordingly. First you need to come up with a ranking methodology and then you need to develop the algorithm by yourself. The basis should be people on Wiki or freebase.com. Parameters for rankings should imitate media impressions system and could be based on: number of searches via google, twitter, a way to track down web conversations about celebs, or any other reasonable and programmable way.
