keyword use heat map

I have a list of about 50 key words. I need to identify spikes in the use of those key words in different U.S. cities and even smaller geo subdivisions if possible. So for example, let’s say one of my key words is “fish monger.” I would like to monitor media posts using that key word across the internet. Then I would like to be able to compare its average use to its use in the say Chicago or Detroit. If its use spikes upward in Chicago compared to the base line, then I want to know that. I would want to be watching between 10 and 100 geo areas. Then I would need some kind of reporting like a heat map that averages findings across all my key words and significant spikes in specific key words. My hope is this can be done with a fairly simple algorithm and using some basic resources that are available on line for a modest monthly fee. Thanks, Ron
