We have thoursands of ebooks to list on Amazon Kindle KDP. We are looking for a CSV file or other software that we can load the ebook descriptions into. The finished product will allow us to upload the ebook, the cover, the tags, categories, descriptio, all pricing inf etc. NOTE: All we need is the software or a ready to go CSV file. (Note amazons own flat file uploader is not suitable for this).

What is going to make this a little challenging is that the cover art will be downloaded from a different source that the CSV file will be pointing to. What we could do is create an Amazon S3 bucket inside Amazon Web Services, create the needed CSV file and place all the cover art in S3 with the csv file referencing it for upload ;)
