AWS API Gateway/Aggregator Microservices Pattern

I have an existing form which posts data to a laravel application endpoint. The form is only a handful of fields. You can see the docs on the endpoint here: [login to view URL] I'm looking to rework this process in order to send the form's data to multiple destinations. One of these destinations includes the current endpoint. Two other destinations include python Lambda functions which will interact with Twilio & Sendgrid (to send SMS and email notifications, respectively). I will provide you with both the Twilio and Sendgrid scripts. Your job is to do the API Gateway plumbing defined in the attached diagram. I'm looking for someone who can start on this asap. I'm looking at bringing aboard talent at a $30-$35 hourly rate. Please include in your proposal and approximate number of hours you think this will take. The reason I am recruiting hourly is that there is additional related work that comes after this first step and I'm looking to continue the relationship. This should be very easy for those who have worked with API gateway before. I would do the work myself, however, I am swamped with other tasks that I cannot as easily offload.
