We need an Azure Ethereum expert to troubleshoot a problem

We have developed a simple Ethereum smart contract in Solidity. We have deployed this contract to an Azure Ethereum Proof Of Work Consortium blockchain and have been able to successfully call the contract for a little while. The problem we are running into is, shortly after deploying our contract to Azure (~1-2 hours), the transactions we are posting to write records to the blockchain are no longer successful and the error is "Transaction <txn_id> wasn't processed in 240 seconds." Restarting the Azure resources and redeploying will fix this but the issue always comes back. We need someone who has experience with deploying smart contracts to the Azure Ethereum blockchain who can help us achieve deploying our contract so that we can call this contract over and over again with the successful result of writing data to the blockchain without having to do any manual intervention with our Azure resource
