Wordpress Text Columns

Hello, I was looking for a coder to make three pages on my wordpress blog as well as some design modifications. My website is: [login to view URL] I want the coder to work on getting the rounded rectangle shape from the AskIt theme onto my theme's Page and Full Width Page. Also, I would be looking for a custom, two-column page with an email opt-in form in one column. I have provided you with specific mockups to clarify. Also, the coder must change the current fonts. In the menu, I want helvetica, preferably helvetica light. In the content body, I want cabin: [login to view URL] (in three different sizes: normal=6 pt, <h1>=8pt and <h2>=10pt) I will provide the coder with access to my website, the original AskIt theme, the email opt-in form embed code and the content that I want on my custom theme.
