Only manual bid will be considered. Please don't post website pre-written bids (this is not a website project). This android webview app will load a website (https), and will be need to be able to select files from External card/Phone over the webview component., must work on all major Android versions. I need splash screen and I want to show (webview) homepage to be once it's 100% downloaded not before to avoid visible loading lag. I will supply application icons, description.. and I need developer to publish my app under my account. Minimal app , no top browser bar. If app can't connect to internet or there's a loading web error, then will say a message that Connection is not possible due Internet connection error. My website it's responsive design, so it will load ok in the webview component, but must take care that upload button (browse file) works as it should. Only apply for this bid, if you know what you are doing :) and you've needed skills to complete it 100% as requested.
