Hi, We need a small background app that does the following 1. Listens to a server (socketio or push notifications) 2. Server sends a message { call : XXX, metaData : {} } 3. Service launches call to XXX 4. Service records duration of call to XX 5. Replies back to server via REST / Socketio { call : XXX , duration : XX, startedAt : XX , metaData :{} } Also, it must ensure that if the server does not get the message, it has to buffer it.
