Directory App in PWA, Andriod and IOS

Looking for a Quote for Business Directory with the following functionality. This is hight a level spec. The App allows unlimited advertisers to make use of the platform, from where they can advertise their business along other business, creating a business directory. But each user gets their own admin panel, from where they can send push notifications to only their clients. This then actually, creates an App platform, for each user, inside the larger App. NEEDS We need a Super admin panel A Main admin panel User Admin panels Super Admin Super panel must be able to make changes to the App look and feel This is where the App will be design and build from New towns and Countries are created from here. When a newt town is created, all basic info available from that town must be loaded or pulled into the app. (Police stations, Museums, Hospitals, Parks, Beaches ect. ) Super admin panel must be able to send push notifications to all app users, for competitions. The push notification must be able to send Photo, Questions, text, and users must be able to reply, and info must be stored in database per competition. Create main and sub categories for App, under which users can search. Main Admin panel This is where approval will be given to each advertiser that signs up on the App. All modules available to users is also run from here, and an approval process is build in for each user for each panel. Users pasword reset, and main admin of each user must be able to be managed from the Main admin panel. User Admin Panel Each advertiser get their own admin panel, from where the can run the own App space. Info available per business listing. Space for multiple contact names, e-mails and photo of contact person GPS points for direct navigation and full adress Space for multiple websites links, document links and photos. Short description Long Description Modules needed inside the App Product Info Advertisers must be able to upload unlimited products. All product info, plus 10 slider photos must be made space for, per products. About 10 lines of info needed. Loyalty Program Business need to be able to run a loyalty program from in their App space, This must either work on a stamp basis or rand value that is counted to reach loyalty mark. Articles Each advertiser must be able to upload unlimited articles Chat Room Each advertiser gets their own chatroom, to speak privately to clients or groups Events Each advertiser must be able to upload unlimited events. App users App users can download the App for FREE To adhere to poppy Act, users must agree to receive notifications from any specific advertiser, therefore each business must get their own “Like” button, once a user have press the like button, he must get push notifications, from only the business he have liked, and no other businesses. The App works with GPS location. This means, any category under which a users is looking for info, the business must be shown by default from the nearest business to him at the top.
