Fleet and Students Tracking System

I am looking to integrate Fleet management System & Students Tracking System with the following features: 1) Must be able to support customized hardware development & extensions. 2) IP Restricted Call for API. 3) Ability to customize workflow development in future. 4) API/Protocol based integration with existing application. App Features: VEHICLE OWNER APP VIEW (a) vehicle tracking and current vehicle status. (Reflects real-time location of devices in existing application) (b) API for immobilizing/mobilizing of particular vehicle - Access to engine cut or restore vehicle remotely. (c) Live Map of vehicles. RIDER APP VIEW (d) Rider App for driver with schedule of pickup and route planning. (e) Rider shall use iPhone and Android app to view tasks and perform it. (f) Rider shall contact the owner if any issue with parent/ student. PARENT APP VIEW (g) SMS/ App notification for Parents about vehicle ETA. (h) Whenever any of your fleet vehicle crosses the set speed limit, Admin will get notified through instant speed alert. (i) Multi Geo-fence / Polygon / Circular / Custom. (j) Live Traffic update - Via Google Map. (k) Track and locate your fleet in real time without any trouble. (l) SOS alarm for in Parent app. (m) Mark & verify attendance when child board/ deboard the bus using RFID Card Reader. (n) Share student journey details with estimated time and the path chosen to Parent. It could be an already built application with above features. But it must be integrated to be used as a plugin with my existing application which is running on Ruby on Rails platform.
