Need a guide from start to end for coding an Android app with following features:
1) complex layouts,
2) accessing multiple JSON queries with POST and GET methods,
3) designing android local database,
4) different threads for different services.
The web database and the services have already been implemented. Images and designs are also available.
The guide should be able to communicate well in English or Hindi, and should have a setup to check my code regularly, and to live-debug at times.
Time frame is 7-10 days. Sooner the better.

The screenshot you have can be thought of in 3 parts (3 layouts) - the action bar at the top, a list view in the center and a footer at the bottom. The design itself looks "dated" though. I would recommend moving toward Android "material design" for the elements you have there. Do you have constraints on the use of 3rd party libraries for any of the work?
Have experience with Android / Hybrid apps working live....
Excellent in handling network disconnect scenarios, and very slow networks.
