We have team of PHP & Android Developers we got project in that some part is need to be Handel by IOT developer so iam reaching you to help us .. so please check my requirement and let me know how much cost is required 1) My Customer Fix the poll on Every Cities every traffic junction , in that poll wifi will be available always , every poll having their unique poll number and One Sound BOX (Horn Speaker) .2) Now my customer will upload different different audios from the backend admin panel poll number wise .. (Admin will be designed and api will be provide from my team side) 3) Now what ever audio we are sending to poll number that should play on that poll ,and same way device current status also need to provide me (Device on or Device off) 4) you need to create a Waterproof Wifi based Embedded device which connects my admin panel & Horn speaker on the Poll above is requirement so please give me a quote per device cost & development cost This is my client's POC project for 5 Polls for the first time .. come up with your action plan ..

Hello, I'm Electronics Engineer with experience making boars with Altium Designer. I worked on several IoT projects for Wifi, Bluetooth and GSM. First i will need a document with the complete requirement to support the project scope. This need to include all details that need to be implemented. This is the project plan: 1.- Make a small prototype with the principal hardware functionalities. 2.- Make the firmware to test the prototype. This is the idea to make the prototype first. Also this step can be made at the same time of (1). 3.- After the approbation of the firmware then i can make the PCB design to put in production. 4.- The end product is ready to use. I work with project management tools that help to the client follow the progress with milestones, task, documentation, etc. The organization help to make successfully projects. Proposal for a audio controller for streaming by wi-fi connection. Hardware: IP68 waterproof box; ESP32 custom audio stream controller; 5V power supply; Software: ESP32 custom firmware, with Real Time synchronization ( all the Box's in the same channel in sync), OTA firmware update. API for management and sync, of the boxes. Values: Hardware: Final product target price: 3000 to 8000 INR (depending of hardware constraints in the environment, type of connectors to the horn, necessity of external antenna. Software: Final software for firmware and back-end API: 40000 INR Development: 8000 INR for 2 prototype devices. 4000 INR for starting development.
