Mobile App for register sport players

I need a web-compatible mobile application (Android and IOS) with the following options: It must be in Spanish. 1-Enter players from a team separated by categories. 2-Enter the goals that are scored in each match. 3-List the player who has scored the most goals 4-List the least expired fence. 5-An administrator page/window 6-Access to the tournament website DETAILS 1-DATA ENTRY The teams are organized into categories U14 men, U14 menwomen, U16 men, U16 women The form must allow the players of each team to be registered. To enter them, you must enter a code that will be assigned by the administrator page When the user enters the code they should see a form of rows and columns to add the players with these fields: name, last name, date of birth, telephone number, identification document and will allow you to upload a photo. All fields are required It should allow players to be added or removed at any time. A maximum of 24 players is estimated When you enter the form and there is already information entered before, it must be displayed in the same format. When the "birthday" field is entered, the application must calculate and display the age automatically without allowing it to be modified. Optionally, a criterion will be added to show it in red if it exceeds the category. 2-INCOME OF GOALS SCORED On a new page or window, a username and password are requested to enter the goals. The list of teams will be displayed (with the option to filter by writing part of the name) and when selected it will show the list of players allowing you to enter the goals that each one has scored (taken from the judges' scoresheet). Each match has 2 teams. Goals must be entered for each team. 3-GOALOR OF THE TOURNAMENT This option will show the players ordered by the number of goals scored, showing the highest value first. 4-LESS BEATING GOAL This option should show the teams for each category, ordering from lowest to highest so that the teams with the lowest number of goals conceded appear first. 5-ADMIN OPTIONS It must allow you to create teams in each category, specifying: Team NAME, city, coach name, assistant name, category, phone number, email, access code (for option 1) and the option to upload the photo of the coach and assistant . It must also allow you to create a username and password to access the Entry of goals scored option. It must also allow you to define the URL of the tournament page. You must have the option to export the list of players for each team in an excel or csv format file. 6-ACCESS TO WEB PAGE Using this option, you open an embedded browser that should display the tournament web page defined in point 5. NOTES: There is an API that would allow data to be extracted from the tournament website. The possibility of using this API to extract the list of matches should be studied to improve the goal data entry in option 2.
