I need an Android developer

I need an application that has all the usual screens like log in screen, dashboard that shows live weather, settings option that would go to different screens according to settings options. In addition, I need screens that would fetch data from a cloud database to show information related to their solar panels. Only four information categories will suffice in this case: energy generation, grid exchange, site consumption, battery state. Some flexibility is allowed for the designing of the screens. There would also be two categories of users: basic and premium. The basic can access only those 4 categories of information. The premium users can access those, added with live weather and pricing details. The target audience is customers of a solar energy management company.
