Animated Logos

I need two animated logos that will fade in and fade out in around 6 seconds and I need them in 1920x1080 for this project. I have a sample logo which I would like to simulate but it doesn't have to be exactly the same. The first logo has been built in InDesign so I can provide pantone colors if needed. I have a pdf sample to provide an idea. I was thinking the blue line could fade in and across and then the text could fade in and across and the entire logo fade out together. The second logo would contain the text "English Chapel Bridge" and I don't have a design built at this point but could be based on similar colors from the first logo. However, the colors could also be light grey and black background with white text or white background with grey to black text.
