Animated World Map

I need a static .html page that displays a dark world map similar to: [login to view URL] The map should display four destinations at the following locations: Millington, Michigan, USA Chihuahua, Mexico Shanghai, China Sopron, Hungary Each one of these four sites needs to display an arc'd line to the other three sites. Then every second have an animation showing data flowing back and forth between all four routes, randomly, similar to what is seen in the [login to view URL] site above. Your animation can something creative showing data flowing between all four locations. A "current time" showing in a corner would be nice, along with the corporate logo attached. This will be used for a presentation showing data flowing between these four locations. Browser will be the viewer unless you have a better idea.
