My company is doing book publisher who is looking for a virtual assistant who can handle a variety of tasks, from comparing to research to editing to negotiation to designing and formatting. I am looking for an exceptional individual who has a vast array of skills, and is efficient while meeting deadline I have set and also help me stay on top of all of my obligations. Exceptional communication skills in communicating with talents. Ability to coordinate and oversee multiple projects without superivision. Candidate must be highly motivated and be able to assume a positive and active role even while working under potentially stressful situations. Your responsibilities: - Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs - Research using the Internet or other information databases - Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others -Selecting, editing and posting articles,submitting to search engines, SEO checking. -Draft, Research, compare based on my requirement - Email management -Research and Write short articles with the topics and bullet points provided. -Ability to seek and find talent for task given example: book cover designer, squeeze page designer, book page formatting designer, marketing tools designer, graphic designer and etc - Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online -Candidate must have great social media/computer skills blog, YouTube, Facebook, email, Excel/spreadsheets, Microsoft Word (on a PC and Mac), - Must be accessible, online and on Elance Work View during agreed-upon office hours Your qualifications: - Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred - Broadband Internet connection - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - A complete Elance profile - References or an established reputation on Elance preferred In your detailed proposal, please outline all of the skills that you bring to the table. TEST JOB I would like to do a test with you to check your performance, and speed.I would like you to work for 3 hours and see how much research, tasks, writing you can complete and how proper is your work. (Of course I will pay you for the period as well.)

Hello, I have worked as a virtual assistant for an American author, I started out as a member of a large team and soon graduated to become project manager, managing a team of 15 virtual assistants. My tasks involved doing web research, handling and managing social media campaign, creating and managing SEO campaigns, handling out tasks to other VA and making sure that deadlines are met, posting about books in the book review websites. Apart from above project, I have been working as a VA since the past 4 years, I have done web research, blog writing, worked as webmaster to the websites, assistant to realtors, managed CRM websites and email management. Hello! My name is Allison Bunt, 24 years of age living in Canada. I own my own laptop, have a strong internet connection (as well as many places around me to travel to with internet) and am available to work at anytime of the day throughout the week (including weekends). Although I have not had any Virtual Assistant experience as of yet, I do possess many of the skills needed to fulfill the job and your tasks provided. I am very motivated and have dealt with multiple stressful situations while still being able to handle all my tasks and duties on hand appropriately. I have strong communication and people skills while at the same time - still independent enough that with the right initial communication; I can work with a lack of supervision. In my spare time I am a graphic designer/front-end web developer, so I am very familiar with the different computer programs (i.e. Excel/Word/Etc) which also includes researching skills as well. Personally, I love working with Social Media outlets as well, and am very familiar with most - mainly being Facebook and Twitter a close second. Other media outlets I have personally dealt with in the past have been LiveJournal (a journal/blog site), YouTube, some Instagram and Pintrest as well.
