adding products on an installed Magento script

I have an installed magento website that needs products added to it. I have about 200 products on excel, looking for someone interested in adding categories and subcategories including descriptions that are provided by this writer. This posting is for someone who have worked with magento scripts. If you have never delt with one, please do not respond. This script is not fully cleaned and or optimization, what I would not appreciate is trying to do more than what I have mentioned on this post.
