**LINK TRACKING SYSTEM**
We are looking for somebody to develop a link tracking system that we can install and manage multiple accounts with. This application will be different from most link tracking or statistical applications in that its major purpose will be to track **OUTGOING ??"** ***_NOT_ LINKS TO OTHER PAGES WITHIN THE SITE DOMAIN*** links from each page. The link tracking system will be able to track the popularity of links, unique hits, time spent on the page, visitor IP addresses and referring URL’s.
Functional elements of the application will include the following features:
* **Being able to add an account for every new web site that we would like to be able to track.**
* **Being able to manage multiple accounts from one interface.**
* **Generating code to add to each HTML page so that the system can effectively track the outgoing links on each page that we create an account for.**
* **Being able to manage the settings for each campaign (eg. ‘Add New Page’)**
* **Being able to filter the data based on page, all pages, and time periods
(month, week, hour, or date-to-date).**
* **Being able to show information for a particular outgoing link.**
* **Being able to, based on filter settings, to view the following data:**
* **Visitor IP
Referring IP
Visitor HITS (the number of outgoing links they have clicked)
Visitor HITS sorted under each outgoing link
Total TIME spent on the page

TOTAL HITS
TOTAL UNIQUE hits
TOTAL HITS per link
TOTAL UNIQUE HITS per link

## Deliverables
**1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).**
