Modify Wordpress Site

Hello, I would like to modify [login to view URL] 1-the admin page is not working (Maybe not installed properly) Also: the site doesn't work without the www 2-I want to move the logo to the right side instead of the adsences and remove the ads 3-I want to change the colours to White and Blue.? White is already there, so just want to add some nice blue fades 4- I need a header (I'll provide pictures) The header will be placed in the white area 5- Remove the right side links after the sponsor link (e.g. Archives..etc) 6-If possible I would also like to make the comments sections looks nicer, Thank you! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
