Hello! I will make the pcb design as asked by you and make the necessary corrrections as needed. I had understod the features you mentioned like: -LCD Display (installed) and currently reads Gas Pressure in kPa and Total Gas %. -LCD Display a scale on bottom of screen that displays on a scale between 0-5 what the current gas setting is. -Potentiometer or Rotary Encoder for controlling gas pressure (Proportion valve with driver) -As for hardware, I have a small PCB that converts the 4-20mA signal from the gas gauge to higher voltage for Arduino to read - This needs 9volts. -The valve driver needs 12-14volts.

Hello, I can help you put your design on the right track. For your input 4 - 20mA we can make an other circuit that will output 5V max so the Arduino can read it. For the 14V output you can use a small relay or a transistor it depends if you want to here a click sound when the output is turned on.
