Bring my DJ to life (comic strip)

Usally I do all my technical website design on this site, but I have another issue someone might be interested in. I have created a comic strip for my website. It is the story of a young DJ. I am looking for someone who can draw my character well. I have an example of what he looks like.? You can find a picture of the DJ here. [[login to view URL]][1] On a normal basis I am looking to do 1 comic a month that will consist of 2 or 3 pages of drawings to tell the story. I would? perfer black and white drawings? so we don't have to take up time coloring.? I am looking for someone reliable that can draw my character, his friends and his world on a consistent basis.
