Need a Classic ASP Coder ASAP to code me a page!(repost)

I have an API URL from a client of mine that I need certain data pulled into an array from. I need to the code to be bug free meaning that it doesnt hang if the url goes down and it doesnt bug out if a field is missing in the API. I actually have my old API source code which can be modified and updated to get this working. It shouldnt take more than an hour to get this up and running. I will be in rentacoder chat room waiting for a coder with EXPERIENCE has dealt with XML feeds before. Please note I need you to start working on this ASAP I need this ASAP!
