Configure IIS8 on Windows Server 2012

We need an experienced administrator/programmer to configure IIS8 on a 2012 Windows Server. Success will be displaying a "hello world" ASP page in the browser. We will provide the consultant" Remote Desktop Connection" credentials to access the server. I suspect this project can be completed in under 3 hours. Once the above project is completed, we would like the consultant to configure a Telerik ASP viewer to run an existing report. This will require using Visual Studio 2012 which is on the server. We anticipate this part will take around 5 hours and details will be provided at the end of the first project.
