128870 Email Management System

I need my email management system pages coded to work using ASP or .NET. I have created all pages, created the Access database, have database structure document and have a “to do list” and the site is hosted. There are about 15 pages to code. This is part 1 of 2 so if project goes well, you'll code part 2 too in the near future.
