ASP Dynamic Menu

I need a Dynamic ASP menu that will retrieve menu information from an access database. Work needs to be done using ASP NOT asp.net. The menu is to be used on one or more web page. The menu will look like this: Category ...Subcategory1 ...Subcategory2 Category1 ...Subcategory1 ...Subcategory2 etc.. Data needs to be retrieve only one time per session, and menu created. When user changes pages, the same menu needs to be used without retrieving menu data from the database. The link, to be added by the coder for each line will be similar to /[login to view URL];product=Subcategory for example. I will provide access db and CSS for the fonts
