Build keyword based website 8-10 Pages

I already have a website that is converting very well on the adwords keywords: free leads, [free leads], "free leads" = almost 50% conversion "leads" = 25% conversion There are other variation but these two terms by far drive most of the traffic. So my problem is that I need my site optimized for natural search without affecting my current very high conversion rate. The link to the site I am using now is: [login to view URL] What I going to actually do is move this site to: [login to view URL] So what I will need from you is for you to create whatever content and additional pages are needed to optimize for the 2 key words above, but this needs to be done without much change to the homepage and way page flows step by step. We can add as many links and videos and content to other pages and add a site map etc, just not change the first page that the traffic needs to flow to. I have a tool which checks how "google friendly" any website is, given any particular keyword, in this case "free leads", and I will use it to evaluate the site content and pages you come up with. Again I can't stress enough that I want this done without changing very much the way the page looks at [login to view URL] You can put together the files on you computer/server and then just send me the .htm and any other files and I will upload them from my end to the new [login to view URL] location and once everything is ready I will launch that site and close down the old lazyloadedguy website. The goal here to drive as much traffic as possible as cheaply as possible using the keywords "free leads" and leads. So expect real good content pages and perhaps videos to creat a complete site not just one page but more like 8 to 10 pages. I would appreciate any keyword targeted sites you have already done in the past for me to evaluate before I chose the succesful bidder.
