Assistant audio editor needed to edit a weekly hour long Podcast (No mixing/noise removal needed)

I'm looking to hire an assistant editor to perform edits to a weekly Podcast that is an hour long. DAW required (Ableton, Pro Tools, Logic, Audacity, etc.) Bonus points if you use Pro Tools. Edits would need to be completed within 48 hours each time an episode is assigned to you. You will not be mixing, performing noise removal, or applying any effects as I will be handling all of this during the mixing process. Must be comfortable signing an NDA. Tasks include: - Removing any awkward gaps before, after, and in-between dialog - Removing filler words (ums, uhs, so, you know, etc.) and any stutter / phrase mistakes - Creating cross fades, etc. where edits were made to ensure the dialog sounds smooth during playback, and not choppy - Placing markers with notes referencing noises, or anything that you believe should be reviewed during the mixing process to fix This will be a flat-fee per episode, and not hourly. When applying, please include your per-episode flat rate and the phrase "coffee" to confirm you've read and understand the description.
