Hello, in response to your requirements, I'm an Electrical Engineer with several years of experience in the design of electrical systems at a residential, commercial and industrial level. I have experience in counting and measuring the different elements that comprise the system, in order to get the materials necessary for construction. If the architectural and electrical plans are in 2D and there are no isometric views of the electrical tubing and their route, then I would proceed to create all the elevations required as an isometric drawing, so that the measurements are the most accurate possible. I use dedicated lisp routines in autocad that can fasten the process considerably if the layers and objects are organized, but if that's not the case, I have a method for reorganizing lines and polylines so they all can be easier to measure. I'm part of a team of architects and engineers just starting in this website as freelancers and we hope to work together in this and future projects. Regards
