i need to make some changes to a dxf autocad file

First of all: I will just reward based on price and time. IF I get a bunch of irrelevant, basic questions showing incompetence I WILL cancel project and give bad feedback without discussion. If you have been using autobid, that is not my problem - its your problem. STOP using autobid! I am looking for a freelancer who can make some changes to an AutoCAD file. The specific changes that need to be made include adjusting a short text, changing it to a "rustic look" I give an illustration, and a picture. the rustique look must be made partly on freehand and should be "quite" accurate. according to picture, The moving and dividing of the lines is so simple I could have done it myself, but do that too. I have the original AutoCAD file available. The revised AutoCAD file can be in any version or format, as long as it is compatible. (for the text, remember the mirror on last object, must of course be accurate.) Please see pictures enclosed that should be quite self explainable.
