OCR Captcha Bypass Decoder

You must be experienced in OCR and image processing. This decoder will be implemented into a bot program coded in Delphi. I prefer the decoder to be in Delphi as well but it's not necessary. I want source code. When the captcha page appears the decoder must decipher the captcha image and return the value of the captcha image to my bot. This must be all invisible to the user, so the captcha decoder must work invisibly to the eye. Check attached captcha images as an example. If you want the url to the captcha images, I will provide it in PM. I require a high accuracy of decoding. When you bid, please tell me what percent accuracy you can provide. And please tell me the basic process in how this will work together with my bot. My current delphi programmer can implement it in, so all I need from the captcha decoder is the returned value of the captchas.
