I need a program that will load a web address (which can be changed) from hundreds of different IPs, via proxy servers, every day. I would also like to be able to set how many different proxies it uses per session. Ideally I would like it run on a Mac.

i can tell you the name of a free tool that does what you are looking for, but its for windows. also its not a problem to write you a mac version.

Hi, I can program this for you in Ruby so it will be 100% platform agnostic. You will of course, be provided with the full source code upon completion. My only question would be, is the list of proxies provided? A full custom proxy harvester is beyond the scope of what I can offer at this price.
