Automatically grab list of names and surnames

I need some TXT comma delimited databases full of data: Database file 1: Content: name of male, surname Quantity: atleast 100000 random names-surnames. Database file 2: Content: name of female, surname Quantity: atleast 100000 random name-surnames. Note: there must not be more than 50 repetitions of the same surname or name in each of the two files and names and surnames must be totally disarranged (not in alphabetic order) in it. You can automatically grab names and surnames for example from some whitepages sites or from the US Census Bureau site... it doesn't matter where you grab them...
