PE File infection

Hi! What I'm looking for is a PE infector, not the same as used in viruses that infect other files but only a simple tool that infects the specified file with a shellcode. The infected file should start as normal when its run but also execute a specified file using WinExec, I already have a shellcode to do this which I can give you in private. Now there are numerous of PE infectors available for free but the reason I'm looking to get a custom one made is because every one I've tried is detected by Avira Antivirus as TR/[login to view URL] - I'm looking for a PE infector that will not be detected by Antivirus. My budget is $200
