need iOS developer to create app with light mail server and user messaging.

need a programmer to create an app with mailbox server for users to send messages. need to users to sign up with just username/email/password then browse thru a homepage of users. there will be a home screen with 20 pictures/brief info to view. then their will be 20 indepth profiles they can view when they tap from the homescreen. then there will be an option to send a message someone from the homescreen. the mailbox will show sent and received mail. no drafts/compose new. the user can only send mail from viewing 1 of the 20 profiles on the home page. i will provide any hosting and all UI and graphics. the toolbar will be 2 buttons "home" and "mail"
