73102 Software Program Needed

I have several custom software .exe's and acrobat .pdf ‘s that I would like to repackage using a software tool that will do the following… 1. Allow me to select any exe or pdf on my computer then… 2. Allow me to select any html file or URL as my popup 3. Compile the exe/pdf and the selected html file or URL into a new exe file so that when this new exe file is opened up, the selected html file or URL will popup. 4. After the pop up is closed the packaged exe or pdf file will run as it usually would. The point here is that the pop will ALWAYS show to anyone that downloads a new compiled exe or pdf from my website. Some of my visitors who download from my site will redistibute these software exe's and pdf's as well. So the end user of one of my new exe's or pdf's should never be able to access the compiled exe's or pdfs without seeing the pop up first and they should not be able to extract the compiled exe or pdf file that has been compiled by this tool. If possible this tool should also allow me the option of adding a tool bar that will permanently display above the compiled exe or pdf. May be this could be somewhat like an explorer browser window with nothing except my toolbar at the top. If the toolbar option is possible then it should work as follows. 1. I should be able to enter up to 4 drop down menus just below the title bar. 2. I should be able to lable these dropdown menus as whatever I want. 3. I should be able to enter up to 4 text links in each dropdown menu. 4. The text links will be clickable and should point to the url of my choice. 5. There will be a total of 16 text links maximum (4 dropdown menus with 4 text links a piece) I should be able to save and load the project. Also once a new exe file is compiled and created no one should be able to recompile this new exe with this same software tool. Lastly the end user should have the option to display a predetermined short text ad or banner (I haven't decided yet) in the compiled pop up or toolbar. This ad will say something like… This branded ebook/software was created with AnyBrander, “Click Here To Learn More” As you can see the “Click Here...” part is a link. This link will point to a specific url but the end should be able to change a small portion of this url to any length. For example if this link pointed to… [login to view URL] The software would ask the end user for his/her ID name and it would then replace the XXX part of the url with the new id. So if the users id was “lucky1” then this link would point to... [login to view URL] I will also need to source code to this software.
