Kinect interactve floor application

I need a Kinect v2 Windows app built to run in Windows. See below brief: My previous developer who I awarded this project does not know how to do depth calculations and only knows how to detect human skeleton and he can not do this so need help from another developer to do this project for me asap to start now. - Kinect sensor will be positioned at the top centre of a 3 meter x 3 meter digital floor. The kinect will be facing downwards to the floor. The kinect will be 3 meters height from the floor to be able to see the 3 meter x 3 meter floor area. - As people walk on the floor a circle will show up at their feet and follow them as they walk around the floor. We can guess that the people will be 1.4 meter to 2 meter tall in height. - As more people walk on the floor (up to 5 people) there will be lines to join the circles together. - We need a PNG image background under the interactive effect. - As the kinect does not sense human body from top - we need another way to sense human head. The idea is to use depth blobs to detect human head based on their height being 1.4m to 2m. We know the sensor will be placed 3m height from floor. So, we need to be able to detect human head at different depth heights and place circles at their feet. The circle will follow there feet around as they walk over the digital floor. This is 2 days development. Need to start today and get the depth working with demo and tomorrow we finish the project with joining lines.
