I need a Ninja Tader Indicator created for ninja 7 using c#

On an existing open source indicator non proprietary I want to measure the time interval between one bar upon its close to the close of the next consecutive bar. The closing amplitude is measured on each bar and in some case will be added to the previous amplitude eventually to be plotted or dicarded. Anything over a certain threshold (adjustable #1)is ignored and the previous info is discarded including amplitude measurement. So as an example I set the indicator to watch fro time between bars to be less than a threshold of 5 seconds. It measures the close of one bar to the tiem on the the next bar. It does not need to have closed. If it is over 5 seconds it ignores all collected data and starts over again looking for the first bar in the sequence to be less than 5 seconds. When is finds one with less than 5 seconds it continues until the next one in sequence exceeds a second settable threshold. In this example 3 seconds. I then want an adjustable size, colour and distance dot on the price bar to be plotted- above if the last 3 have been up ( adjustable parameter 3) or below if the last 3 bars are down. I then want printed on the chart below or above the dot depending on direction the cumulative amplitudes measured form the indicator for those bars less than the set time parameter being measured. It would not include the last bar that exceeded the threshold in time set. Note I would like it plotted not when the last bar closed but as soon as the threshold is exceeded. Would also like two variable audible sound . One as soon as the time is under the threshold set i.e if set at 5 seconds and it is less the sound would trigger. The second one is as soon as the next settable time frame is exceeded the second sound would trigger. I have some vision issues.
