I am looking for a .Net web developer to develop a very basic RESTful API that has a basic authentication (password securely stored somewhere, not hard-coded in the code) to make it secure. At the moment, the only API method I need is something that queries a SQL Database (call a stored procedure) and return the result set as an array. You will need to provide a setup project to create an msi to install the web service on IIS in a specified website and application pool. Please note that you will need to provide the full visual studio solution (source code) as part of the delivery.

I will develop rest web services in asp.net with authentication using the password stored on SQL Server or XML config file like web.config. Let me know how many services need to develop with how many parameters and returning array dimensions. Thank you
