C# search and list

This is for a Moviescene!! We need a fake Virusscanner. I need a Programm that searches for specific Words in ALL files in a folder. The Folder can contain 1000 files. During the search i want a progressbar showing the procentual of the scanned files. The affected files then need to be listed in a listview box. the listview box must contain: path , file, and endangerment of the "compromised file" (like a virusscan): example file 1: word: blabla1 (file is infected by word "blabla1" and the danger is small example file 2: word: blabla2 (file is infected by word "blabla2" and the danger is medium example file 3: word: blabla4, (file is infected by word "blabla4" and the danger is high the words and dangerlevel (blabla1, 2 etc...) must be inside a file in a array. a "clean" button must be added to move the infected files into a new folder, so when the scan is done again, the listview boc is empty and a popup shows: "no infected files found"
