Chemical Formulation for Epoxy Coatings

I'm looking to have two epoxy coatings formulated. These coatings are to be used for refinishing or reglazing bathroom fixtures (tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, etc.) as well as countertops. You are tasked with developing two sprayable coatings (primer and a topcoat) that can be used in this application. Your deliverables are as follows: 0. Proposal: includes a step-by-step process of the project with estimated time and cost for each step. This will be the basis for the milestones. Including your own background knowledge about aspects of the project is a plus. 1. Preliminary Write-Up: contains background information, potential processes for mixing and testing, and approximations and estimations of expected results. This should be verified with citations to external sources (online or textbook) 2. Prototypes (Samples): we would like to receive some of the chemicals to test ourselves in addition to the testing that you might need to perform before sending us the prototypes. 4. Documentation: includes materials/ingredients list, formulation/recipe, and manufacturing documentation. Essentially, how to mix, handle, and store the product for production. We're looking for reliable chemists that are knowledgeable in this industry, deliver results on-time, and can offer expert advice and suggestions.
