I would like to hire a Circuit Designer

I work for a company that design themed climbing walls for leisure centres and holiday parks and I would like to create a circuit to be incorporated into a climbing wall. The climbing wall basically has 3 different routes which are illuminated by LED light chains, simple christmas light style, placed behind coloured plastic covers. There will be only 3 different flexes going from the bottom to the top for routes; easy/medium and hard. There will be several arcade style buttons at the bottom which when pressed will ‘select the difficulty’ and illuminate the desired flex, lighting a route up the wall. There will be a button at the top to press which resets the wall as well as at the bottom. Design Criteria: Power on/Nothing is pressed – No lights on On(Reset) at bottom / Finish(reset) at the top pressed – All 3 flexes (Blue, Pink, Green) on lighting up all routes. ‘level one’ is pressed (even if reset has not been pressed) - Colour 1 remains on, colour 2 and 3 switch off ‘level two’ is pressed (even if reset has not been pressed) – Colour 2 remains on, 1 and 3 switch off ‘level three’ is pressed (even if reset has not been pressed)– Colour 3 remains on, 1 and 2 switch off further requirements I desire the lighting flexes to ‘appear to charge up’ slowly turning on, fading in from dim to bright rather than just turning straight on like a light bulb as this will create a far more exciting process. I also would like a speaker at the bottom to output a suitable ‘electronic charging’ noise each time a level button/reset is pressed and the flexes light up to create a more captivating experience.
