Mac file uploader app 3

We need an app for our file uploading project / website. We want to be able to drag files / folders into the application (dock icon) and automatically start uploading files / folders (to FTP or Amazon S3 server, based on login+password ). We can give you java code that can upload files / folders to amazon S3. Files and folders should be automatically zipped before uploading. If files are already zipped, they should not be zipped twice. App should send log details to the server with info about broken or unfinished uploads, etc. App must be able to resume uploads even after a computer restarts.
