AWS Lightsail PHP codeignitor - Debug and Fix Exceptions

This project would suit >10 senior developer with strong experience in building Codeignitor web application. You need to be a solid in front end (javascript), server side (php) and database (mysql). We have great developer who 5 years experience who is not able to resolve. So, only apply if you can solve it and love a challenge. What is outcome: Basically we have lots of monitoring in place which incidates that our system has outage every 2-3 hours and then it recovers itself. During that outage, our calander widget does not load and fires off lots of exceptions. But exceptions don't have enough detail now. We suspect it is our code issue like creating too many database connections, incorrect flow which is causing intermittent failures. Challenge is how can you replicate this on your local so that you can debug given it is intermittent. Read attached document with details. Please message with your plan on how you would take this and steps you would take especially for these intermittent failures? Lets get to this straightaway and not spend time chatting. I look forward to your response. Need to get to Zero exception state to finish the project! You need to know AWS Lightsail. Our application is on app server and also has managed lightsail database. We are getting outage almost every hour where it becomes unresponsive for while. The logs indicate that it is something to do with database (not cpu or ram). We somehow create lots of connections . You: YOu need to be expert in Codeignitor and building large scale applications on AWS Lightsail. Otherwise, it will be disaster and you wont be able to debug. In this project, you need to diagnose the problem and let us know what is going on. We can create seperate task to fix it incase it requires code changes.
