Need a Programmer for COGNOS Report Writer

Rosewood is an oil and gas family owned company. The Land department has recently converted to a new database software. The new software uses COGNOS report writer. We are needing a contract programmer to add enhancements to existing report and create several new reports in COGNOS. The existing Obligation report we would like to add different criteria to pull the report: 1) by date range 2) by obligation type 3) by Prospect Currently we can only pull the report by Month and Year. We also need a new report "Lease Schedule" to be built from the ground up. This report can be in an excel format with a second tab for tract information. Attached is an example of what we want for the Lease Schedule report, row 1 tells where in the database software the needed information is found. This report will need to be pulled by Prospect or by Agreement numbers.
