I specialise in the coffee industry and take care of café consultation, menu setup & costings, coffee blend & roast profiles, barista & roasting training and coffee sourcing. I've done café consultation, menu setup & training for countless café's & roasters in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, UK, Europe and Dubai. I own 2 café's and a roastery abroad, so I am the best candidate to support with café management too. I have extensive exposure from crop to cup, through working at various coffee origins across Africa with cooperatives, washing stations, drying stations & corporations, & set up direct trade relations between exporters, international importers & specialty roasters. I managed all coffee programs, trainings, barista & coffee judging, sourcing, grading, import / export operations & certifications as Chief Operations Officer for the African Fine Coffees Association (AFCA) in Kampala, Uganda.
