PDF to Word Data typing Project

I've many data entry Projects for upcoming months. i'll provide guideline which should be followed during data entry. Data entry required in ms word 2003. Project is very urgent and required status on daily basis. OCR should not be used in this. On first trial base i want to 40-50 pages in a single day, then i'll provide 800 pages. One trial basis there will be not given any price if some one is selected then i'll finalize the deal with him/her. If i satisfied with work so i can also deal on hourly basis for another project with the same if person is capable with quality work within timeline. I'll may be also use share of business if someone is not meeting the requirement during projects
